Why the METRA I-T Wall System?
Metra Inter- tenancy walls installed by Laings, are constructed to provide structural support and both fire and sound insulation between one dwelling to another. This Inter-tenancy Wall Design and Construction boasts a FRR 30/30/30 fire resistance rating and STC61 sound insulation performance to reduce sound transmission between rooms.
When integrated with the entire METRAwalls, floor and ceiling system, the ‘perfect solution’ for multi-unit development is achieved. Offering ease of design for architects and engineers, reducing contractors required on site, providing a seamless process from design stage through to completion, and most importantly a much faster construction timeframe.
